1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and bb7878 (hereinafter referred to as "bb7878", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bb7878.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bb7878 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, sports betting features, live casino services, and any associated promotional materials — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the bb7878 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of membership:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bb7878 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. bb7878 will conduct age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification) at any time.
2. Jurisdiction. You must not reside in or access the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Capacity. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise without legal capacity may not register.
4. Single Account. Each person is permitted to hold only one Account. One Account per person, per household address, per IP address, per device, per payment method, and per email address is permitted. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms.
5. Accurate Information. All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
6. No Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement or responsible gambling restriction, whether imposed by bb7878 or by any relevant authority.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile telephone number. You will be required to create a unique username and a secure password. Upon submission, your registration will be reviewed and, if eligibility criteria are met, your Account will be activated.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bb7878 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bb7878 immediately via our support channels.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point deemed necessary by bb7878 for compliance or fraud prevention purposes, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This process requires you to submit government-issued photographic identification (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bb7878 may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, ultimately, Account closure.

4.4 Account Currency

The default and primary Account currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified at the time of a transaction. bb7878 does not charge currency conversion fees for transactions conducted in MYR.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bb7878 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method. Withdrawal limits are specified within your Account dashboard and may vary based on Account tier, KYC status, and chosen withdrawal method.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered (in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement) before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• Processing times: e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bb7878 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests deemed unusual or high-value.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. bb7878 may charge a dormancy administration fee of RM10 per month against the Account Balance once the dormancy threshold has been reached, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Member. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bb7878 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM2,000 before withdrawal). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bb7878 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Any Account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not claimed or utilised within the validity period stated at the time of offer will expire and be forfeited automatically. bb7878 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the bb7878 Platform are provided by third-party game studio operators and are subject to their individual Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications and Return-to-Player (RTP) specifications. The outcomes of all games are generated by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by bb7878 or the Player. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including those covering the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, the FAM Cup, UFC, Formula 1, and other events — are governed by the sports betting rules published within the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, bb7878's decision, made in accordance with published rules and relevant governing body results, shall be final.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or system malfunction during a game round or bet placement, bb7878 will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to its last known valid state. Where this is not technically possible, stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance. bb7878 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

bb7878 reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or transaction that has been affected by a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds, game glitches, or erroneous payout calculations. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not valid and will not be paid. Members will be notified and any valid stakes will be returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb7878 Platform and will result in immediate suspension or permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account (whether in your own name or under a pseudonym or third party's identity).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Territory, or using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud bb7878 or other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in an automated manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, RNG weaknesses, or system errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bb7878 staff, support agents, or other Members.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or responsible gambling restriction, whether your own or imposed by bb7878.
• Registering on behalf of any minor under the age of 21.

9 Responsible Gambling

bb7878 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We support responsible gambling initiatives and provide all Members with tools to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available at no cost and with no minimum usage requirement, and include:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding Members of time spent during a gaming session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bb7878 Platform, including but not limited to: the bb7878 brand name and logo, website design, interface layouts, text, graphics, images, software, data compilations, and game content (except where owned by third-party game providers), is the exclusive intellectual property of bb7878 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from bb7878.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb7878 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether bb7878 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

bb7878's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bb7878's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by bb7878

bb7878 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• The Member has provided false registration information;
• Regulatory, compliance, or security requirements necessitate the action; or
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.

In cases where an Account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms violation, bb7878 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bb7878 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and bb7878, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bb7878's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting our support team at the email address set out in Section 15.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. bb7878's decision on all gaming-related disputes (including game outcomes, sports betting settlements, and bonus rulings) shall be final and binding, subject to applicable statutory rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bb7878 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bb7878 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email, in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
